Hey Reader,
β
Howdy, from the Desk of Kaelan Moss in Dallas, Texas. π€
β
The year was 2017.
β
I was about to graduate college from the University of Oklahoma.
β
The TV was on in the living room.
β
It was a sunny day, and the light was shining through the living room window.
β
The house was calm, and the spring weather was beautiful.
β
Then, my phone rang.
β
On the other end was a family friend of mine.
β
It was one of my mom's friends from high school.
β
He was calling to ask me about graduation details.
β
He called to ask me about my plans after college.
β
I honestly didn't know what I wanted to do.
β
I told him that I was looking for an internship (or any job that would hire me).
β
And his one piece of advice changed my life forever.
β
I genuinely believe that this one piece of advice Iβm about to share is why Iβve been able to:
β
Land jobs even during tough times.
β
Start a business when everyone else says there are no job opportunities.
β
He told me to start a YouTube channel and share everything I know about life on that channel.
β
He said:
β
βWhen you learn something, share it on YouTube. Tell the world your story; donβt let someone else tell it.β
β
That changed my perspective on everything, including job hunting.
β
Since then, I havenβt looked back.
β
I share what I know about:
β
Salesforce
Marketing Cloud
Salesforce Career Advice
Being a Digital Nomad
Working remotely
And everything in between
β
Sharing my story has brought me more opportunities than I could ever imagine.
β
Itβs the reason that new clients are able to find me.
β
Itβs the reason Iβve been able to travel the world.
β
β
It's the reason I've been asked to speak at Salesforce conferences as a keynote speaker.
β
β
Salesforce Connections (2023) Keynote Presentation with Sarah Franklin
β
And it's the reason I have my own voice.

Career Advice
I encourage you to share your voice.
β
Share what you know with the world.
β
Give advice.
β
Be willing to look silly.
β
Be willing to be ridiculed.
β
It's okay...
β
Like the old saying goes:
β
"Those Who Mind Donβt Matter, and Those Who Matter Donβt Mind"
β
I hope this career advice changes your life like it changed mine.
