Hey Reader,
You’ve probably heard something like this...
“AI is coming for your job.”
“Jobs are being offshored.”
“The Salesforce job market is getting harder.”
I keep hearing this everywhere.
Especially in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud space.
So I decided to test it out for myself.
I joined the Talent Stacker Freelance Boot Camp to sharpen my freelancing skills and build a real agency.
Here’s the real reason I’m joining the bootcamp:
The biggest problem I see Salesforce freelancers facing?
Not having the confidence to get clients.
|
But why is that, even when we do have the skills?
From my own journey, here’s what I’ve noticed:
Imposter syndrome.
It doesn’t go away, it just takes on a new form the higher you climb.
|
Lack of direction.
You need a roadmap from someone who's been in your shoes.
|
Doubt that clients will take you seriously.
Especially when competing with big agencies.
|
I’ve felt all of that.
And I’m not just looking to freelance.
I’m building a business that runs without me.
Over the next few months, I’ll be sharing my journey.
What’s working, what’s not, and what I learn along the way.
You’ll hear about:
- How I’m finding (and keeping) quality clients
- Turning freelance work into a scalable agency
- Systemizing the sales and onboarding process
- What clients are actually paying for
- How to land retainers and confidently raise your rates
I get messages all the time like:
“How do I get more experience?”
“How do I stand out?”
“How do I build a career in Marketing Cloud?”
My answer: Build in public. Share the journey.
That’s what I’m doing now.
If you’re freelancing, contracting, or thinking about building your own agency, hit reply and tell me what you’re working on.
I’d love to hear from you.
Let's grow together.
